Assessment and Promotion

Three Terminal and two Mid-Term Examinations are held every year. Weekly tests, class tests / Assessments, Worksheets are taken every week. Promotion at the end of the year is based on the performance of the students throughout the year. No provision can be made for supplementary tests for students who remain absent for any assessment. Failure to appear in any assessment can seriously affect a student’s promotion. 90% attendance is compulsory for promotion. In all matters related to promotion, the decision of the school authority is final. Periodical reports will keep parents informed about the progress of their children. These Reports are to be signed by the parents in the presence of the class teacher on the Report Day.
